Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through Payhaste (the "Checkout"), operated by LUZWAY PAYMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED ("Payhaste", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation no. BC1508792) and registered as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC (MSB no. C100000735).

1. Merchant of Record

We act as the Merchant of Record for the products and services offered through the Checkout. This means we are the merchant of record and seller of record to you for the transaction: we process your payment, issue receipts, handle applicable taxes, and manage refunds and disputes. The underlying product or service is provided by a partner merchant, with Payhaste as the merchant of record for the transaction.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are inclusive of any taxes we are required to collect, which are itemised before you pay. By completing a purchase you authorise us to charge the total shown to your selected payment method.

3. Payment methods

We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your charge will appear on your statement as LUZWAY*PAYHASTE.

4. Delivery of digital products

Where the product is digital, access or delivery is provided after payment is confirmed, in accordance with the partner merchant's stated terms for that product.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled by us under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. To request a refund, contact support@payhaste.com.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Our handling of chargebacks and card-network disputes is described in our Chargeback & Dispute Policy.

7. Customer support

For any question about an order or a charge, contact support@payhaste.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
